MY STORY
After years of living paycheck to paycheck and struggling financially, I was exhausted physically and emotionally. I reached a breaking point and realized that if I wanted my life to improve, first I needed to take control of my money.
I joined a financial literacy program, which helped me to pay off over $25K in consumer debt, save for a 1 year emergency fund (just in time for the pandemic), and donate over $2K to my favorite causes. Best of all, I finally made my childhood dream of traveling to Japan a reality!
MI HISTORIA
Después de pasar años viviendo de pago en pago y teniendo problemas financieros, estaba cansada física y emocionalmente. Llegué a mi límite y me di cuenta de que si quería mejorar mi vida, primero necesitaria tomar control de mi dinero.
Participé en un programa que me ayudó a pagar más de $25,000 en deudas, ahorrar para un fondo de emergencia de 1 año (justo a tiempo para la pandemia), y a donar más de $2,000 a mis causas favoritas. Lo mejor de todo fué que finalmente logré mi sueño de niñez de viajar a Japón!

I founded Mujeres Money Coach because I believe that despite the financial obstacles we face as women of color, we deserve to live in abundance and have access to opportunities that allow us to achieve our dreams.
Inspired by how much my life improved after taking control of my money, I started helping family and friends to do the same with great results! This was the confirmation I needed to know I had found my calling.
